Credit Trade & Cash Sale Trade In Policies

All Credit Trade ins & Cash Sale Trade Ins are subject to the following policies & conditions.

Credit Trade In:

• Store credit trade ins are 75% the cards retail value based on our website prices. This is applicable to larger value (Hit) cards only. Subject to condition & card quantities on hand. 
• Non Holo Bulk cards are accepted in a bulk rate of 0.05/card (Conditions may apply). Subject to condition & card quantities on hand. 
• Holo & Reverse Holo Bulk cards are accepted in a bulk rate of 0.10/card (Conditions may apply). Subject to condition & card quantities on hand. 

Cash Sale Trade In:

• Cash sale trade ins are 60% the cards retail value based on our website prices. This is applicable to larger value (Hit) cards only. Subject to condition & card quantities on hand. 
• Non Holo Bulk cards are accepted in a bulk rate of 0.02/card (Conditions may apply). Subject to condition & card quantities on hand. 
• Holo & Reverse Holo Bulk cards are accepted in a bulk rate of 0.05/card (Conditions may apply). Subject to condition & card quantities on hand. 

Large Quantity/Bulk Trade In:

• If you are looking to sell a large collection of items for a lump sum. Please reach out to the store to discuss this sale (Conditions may apply). Subject to condition & card quantities on hand.

Our Policies & Conditions

• Valid Identification is Required for Cash sale trade ins. 
• Our Website provides information only. Incorrect or outdated pricing is not binding. Prices and demand levels on cards are subject to change at any time, for any reason.
• If the cards / items are in a storage container(box, binder ect.), Please indicate at the time of the transaction if you would like to retain the storage container.
• Eclipse Games reserves the right to refuse any submitted cards.
• You as the seller have the option to refuse any offer made. This may result in the cancellation of the offer & end the transaction.
• As per Alberta law, you must be 18 or older to receive Cash payment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may receive payment on your behalf.
• English cards only, unless otherwise indicated. 
• Submitting an item / card constitutes an offer to sell the item "as is".
• Eclipse Games reserves the right to limit the number of cards credit trade in or cash sale trade in.
• Eclipse Games reserves the right to refuse a sale at any time, for any reason.
